4.  COMMUNICATION WITH YOU

Send you a printed copy and a link to the MLS listing of your property, for your Inspection and approval.

E-mail you links to all the Internet postings sites that display your property for your approval.

E-mail you direct feedback from other agents on all showings of your home.

Call or meet with you to report on the activity and review market conditions at least once a week.

Provide regular updated written market reports showing the latest market activity of homes in your area.

Constantly review our marketing strategy with you, and adjust as needed to get your home sold.

5.  STRUCTURING THE SALE

Carefully review and present all offers for your consideration in a timely fashion.

Review the qualifications of prospective buyers to determine if they are able to complete the purchase your property.

Prepare any counter-offers to help create a purchase transaction that will close in a timely fashion.

Assemble all necessary paperwork that is pertinent to the sale of your property.

Help facilitate any negotiations regarding the transfer of any items, appliances or personal property that will be part of the sale.

6.  TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

Keep on top of all other matters with attorneys, homeowner associations, other real estate agents and lenders, to be sure your real estate transaction closes on time and is hassle-free.

7.  ADDITIONAL SERVICES

When necessary, assist in arranging cleaning, painting or other necessary professionals that might be required in the contract.

Provide vacant home supervision and cold weather inspections of your property.
